SKA is the nickname of Roxana Ostroveanu, Creative Director of the brand CRISTALLINI based in Bucharest, Romania. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages (French and Dutch), as well as Psychology, she discovered her love for fashion in New York, while preparing for New York Institute of Art and Design. Several years later, after various experiences in the fashion industry next to top designers from Romania, she started working as a Designer for CRISTALLINI. Since May 2012 she’s been the brand’s Creative Director and her designs have placed the label squarely at the forefront of the industry.

The designs, beginning with evening gowns and transitioning towards street style attire, are renowned for their elegance and refinement, combining classical elements of timeless beauty with a contemporary edge. Her love for French language and for Paris were one of the reasons she chose France as the main provider for fabrics: delicate Chantilly lace, silk, taffeta, wool -more than 85% of the pieces are made of exclusive French fabrics.

Under ROXANA’s sharp aesthetic and innovative craftsmanship CRISTALLINI became one of the top brands in Romania and not only.
